Doors open at 1:30 PM. Doors close at 2:00 PM.

The Event starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 6:00 PM.

Only registered participants are allowed inside the venue.

No children, assistants, or bodyguards are allowed inside the venue.

Soma Revive is designed as one continuous process from start to finish.

Attendance from the beginning until the end is mandatory to protect the integrity of the container, your nervous system journey, and the experience of others.

The Organizer may restrict late entry, re-entry, or early exit to maintain safety and flow.

The flow of the Event, session timing, and facilitator order may change if required due to unforeseen circumstances, safety, venue requirements, or operational needs. Any changes will be guided clearly by the team.

No shoes are allowed inside the practice areas.

Please place shoes in the designated shoe area. Socks are allowed.

Phones must be on silent mode throughout the Event.

Strictly no phone use during meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and soul connection sessions.

If you need to be reachable for urgent family matters, please inform the team at check-in so we can support a respectful solution without disrupting the space.

The Organizer provides an official photographer and videographer for documentation and promotional content.

By attending, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the Event. If specific segments are designated as no-capture zones for privacy, the team will announce it.

No outside food and beverages are allowed inside the venue.

Exception applies only for medication or medical needs. Please notify the team if you require an exception.

Hydration and nourishment provided by the Organizer will be available as part of the Event inclusions.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that you can sit and lie down in.

Dark-colored clothing is not allowed.

The venue is private, fully covered, and fully air-conditioned.

It is strongly advised not to drive yourself home. After the Event you may feel deeply relaxed or sleepy.

Discounted taxi vouchers may be provided, subject to availability and venue logistics.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who disrupts the process, behaves unsafely, violates venue rules, or fails to follow staff instructions. Removal may occur without refund.
